Vickie Moskowitz, Au.D. Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Vickie L. Moskowitz is a licensed audiologist and the owner/founder of Precision Hearing. For more than 25 years, she has diagnosed and treated hearing impairments with professionalism and personal service. She earned her profession's highest academic degree, Doctor of Audiology (Au.D degree) from Arizona School of Health Sciences. Responsible for Precision Hearing's, overall quality of service and commitment to patients, Dr. Moskowitz has built a practice based on assessment of special needs and state-of-the-art technology. She has developed a professional team that focuses on educating clients about hearing loss, hearing disorders and the latest in rehabilitation techniques. Her personalized approach has led to strong support and referrals from previous Precision Hearing clients as well as from the local community of physicians. Dr. Moskowitz received her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from San Diego State University in 1976. For the next seven years, she worked at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego,diagnosing and treating a wide variety of hearing problems. She established her private audiology practice in the Tri-City area (Vista, Oceanside and Carlsbad) in 1983, where she continues to solve challenging hearing problems for both adults and children. Born and raised in New York, Dr. Moskowitz has lived in San Diego County, California, nearly all her adult life. She is married and has two children.
Jacqueline B. Adler, M.A. CCC-A Clinical Audiologist
Jacqueline B. Adler is a licensed audiologist in the State of California and a certified audiologist. She performs full audiological assessments which aid in the diagnosis of hearing and balance disorders, and counsels patients regarding their options for improved hearing. With a background in audiology that spans more than thirty years, Ms.Adler has seen vast changes in the techniques and technology used in her profession. "All of us at Precision Hearing know how important it is to ensure a comprehensive solution for each patient, "she says. "It is what differentiates our clinic from more commercial practices. "Ms. Adler has worked for various hospitals as an audiologist, including University of California Medical Center (UCSD) and Veterans Administration Hospital in La Jolla, California, as well as with private audiology practices and clinics. She is an audiological researcher on noise-induced research projects at the Navy Medical Center in San Diego since 2001, investigating the prevention of noise induced hearing loss. Ms. Adler received her Master of Arts degree in Audiology as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology and Audiology from San Diego State University, where she was a member of the faculty and has taught audiology to graduate students for 20 years. Ms. Adler lives in San Diego, California, with her husband. She has 2 grown children.
Jodi K. Wojcik Au.D. Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Jodi K. Wojcik is a licensed audiologist and a Doctor of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences. A staff audiologist at Precision Hearing for more than 20 years, she specializes in adult and pediatric diagnostic audiology as well as fitting hearing aids and assistive listening devices for adults and children. Like everyone on staff at Precision Hearing, Dr. Wojcik strongly believes in educating patients about hearing loss, the latest in rehabilitation techniques and technology. Accordingto Dr. Wojcik, "Individuals with hearing loss have a wide range of options available to them today. It's my job to make sure each patient receives the solutions that best fits their hearing loss, lifestyle and budget." Dr. Wojcik received her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Illinois and her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from Northern Illinois University. She is an active member of the legislative committee of the California Academy of Audiology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Wojcik lives in Vista, California, with her husband and has two grown children. She enjoys theater, music and is a Director of the Esperanza Performing Arts Association Board in San Diego.
